Exceptual Technologies was founded by Jason Schulte in 2007. Jason's background in internet technology began in 2002 when he co-founded his first business, Omnique Business Solutions. Over the four years that Jason led and operated Omnique he became a pioneer and innovator in developing web-based business applications. In 2005 Omnique was profiled by Undercar Digest, an industry trade magazine, which helped gain national attention to the business. In 2006 Omnique was sold to an industry conglomerate based near Denver Colorado.

Through his work with Omnique, Jason learned how to harness internet technology in a way that can be used by almost every small business. Jason formed Exceptual Technologies to provide straightforward internet technology solutions to businesses in every industry. Exceptual started by developing and hosting quality websites for all types of small businesses that fit almost any budget. It didn't take long for Exceptual to expand into Servers, E-Commerce, and Consulting
