Why is Exceptual better than other IT consulting firms?
First off we have no affiliation with any software or hardware vendors so there is never a conflict of interest when giving advice. We also realize that there is usually more than one solution to a particular set of needs. Therefore we like to give options when possible and educate you on how to make the best decision. Don't be afraid though, if you just want it to work and don't want worry about the details we can do that too.
Are you sure Exceptual can help me with my project?
Some companies like to advertise that they can "do it all". We like to acknowledge up front that we do have limitations and there are some projects that we may not be able to help with. This allows us to stay focused on the things we are good at and not worry about venturing into unknown territory at someone else's expense. If we can not help you we will be honest and up front about it.
So how much does it cost?
Initial consultations are always free and all of Exceptual's services are billed at $50 per hour. Most of our work is billed on a pay-as-you-go system. We like to set benchmarks and show our progress along the way. Some larger projects may require a down payment
